Everything at this restaurant is delicious, you need to go and just try a different item on the menu each time. You won't be disappointed! I like ending my meal with their coffee it's very strong (just like the doctor ordered!) sweet and creamy with the condensed milk after you mix it well! The service is good. They're always very fast. They see you right away. They take your order quickly and food comes out quickly as well. I'd like the ambience. It's just people eating nothing special but it's nice relaxing.
I think this place was ok. The pho broth was pretty good. I'm use to a lot more deeper flavors but it's good here. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and patient. The egg rolls were also good. It's pretty decent. From this experience, I remember the regular sized Pho bowl was loaded up. I had a hard time finishing it. Cause it was a lot of meat and a lot of noodles. It's a good place to eat with family and friends.
It's pretty good. The salted plum drink was exotic. The spring rolls are very good. Pho was good. Will go back when in town.
Another pho place on the books. It is not easy finding delicious vegetarian pho. This place had vegan pho and it was very flavorful and PACKED with veggies. It had mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, bamboo shoots and bon choy! They do not skimp on flavor or veggies! 10/10 will come here again!
Been going here since the 2000s haha I guess I'm old... it's a friends restaurant, but I rarely get to see her, still a good place for a solid bowl of pho or banh mi. When I'm in Austin and the wants Vietnamese food this is my go to.
Best pho I've had in Texas!! As someone who's been to Vietnam, this is the closest thing to it. Broth here is so rich, not too oily, affordable, and packed with noodles/toppings. The line moves fast and the seating was clean. Even if the wait time was longer and food was more expensive- I'd still be ok with it. It's just that good. I'd give up my first born for this pho again. I almost cried at the table eating this. Will def be back when visiting Austin!!
I can't believe I had never been here before, I am so happy to have finally found a great pho place in North Austin! This place gets packed but the line and service moves so quickly, I waited less than 20 mins for a table on a very busy Sunday (first cold front of the year, and it was rainy so everyone was craving). I had their seafood pho and OMG the broth is just so delicate and flavorful, the noodles are great too and so is the seafood, but the broth is definitely the star of the show. Also ordered their eggrolls and they were really tasty as well as their fish sauce, I had the pork eggrolls and they were really good I just wish they were a bit fatter lol Their freshly squeeze lemonade is WOW! I didn't want to finish it and I almost ordered a second one to go! Super sweet and refreshing. I cannot wait to go back! Service is fast and friendly, food is amazing, and ambiance is for everyone, there were families, couples, groups of friends, and even people dining solo like myself.
This is my GO-TO place for pho in Austin! Although it's a bit more north than desired, the fact that I drive up here whenever I'm craving a delicious bowl of pho should speak for itself! They have a savory broth (with a hint of sweetness) that I haven't found at other pho restaurants in the area, so it's the broth that keeps me coming back. Their spring rolls are just as delicious, so don't hesitate on starting your meal with an order of these -- all the food items will come out in minutes! You won't regret coming here for your next bowl of pho :)
Large 18. Pho Dac Biet - eye round steak, well-done flank, fatty brisket, soft tendon & tripe I love pho so much. The portions are HUGE and there is so much flavor. The soup is warm and comforting. The smell does linger on your clothes for a while but if you like it, that's actually a pro :) The textures of the different meats and veggies is so pleasant. I definitely overate - it was a lot of food worth it! Located in Chinatown, there are many food options to choose from after too (my favorite dessert drink place is Bambu)
